I dont recommend a full save as you'll miss a lot of good content. Cheat version and learning how to edit your saves is the way to go in this game if you want an easy playthrough. If you never played it, I dont even recommend to use the skip function in the cheat as you'll miss stuff too. And some grind need to be done anyway to unlock further content.
Tbh, I wouldn't want to cheat on anything else than just money/items,. as the rest might screw you over and you end up have to play hide and seek in your save files for flags to alter to get back on track.
You can safely max out everyones love and obediance except for Sasha. She needs to hate you at first. Outside of that, Money, Items, and days of the week are also cheatable. I wouldn't fuck with anything else though.
