There's no translation to use. Unless you mean how do you translate the file from Russian to English and the answer to that is probably "it's not worth it, just wait".

it is because it is a fuckton of work. First you have to translate every single variable and location into english. Otherwise the machinetranslation will produce a shitton of bugs. Then you have to extract the qsp into a txt file. Now you can run a machinetranslation, convert it back into *.qsp and hope it will work.
Lord, I do not want the reason I learn to read another language to be "so I can enjoy porn", but we're fuckin' leaning that way loleh well "time learn read rusky"
So OP updated with the russian version, but still saying english. Nice, downloading that file size for nothing.
Had a quick peek into the pic folder, so this newer version has less content? Sveta only has 2-3 sex scenes, everything else was scrapped it seems.

There still is walkthrough as a post, if you click on it on page 1, it takes you to 429, just go 1 page back to page 428 and scroll down.

After playing this game for years, and considering all the alt scenes with Shurik, I'm disappointed that there's still no way to hook him up with Rada or Sasha.
