It'll be quite awhile before I catch up to Avenger, he's been at this for 2+ years and I just started about 8 months ago. It's fairly playable but still a crap ton of text to go through.

In the last months Avenger is very productive, he makes smaller but more frequently updates. He just update Big Kuyash and probably we'll see an update in 2/3 weeks for Sob. Unfortunately there isn't preview but you can follow his blog and read comments where people usually ask questions about updates..

Avenger's stated on his blog that pregnancy isn't much of a focus with the game. Since it's pretty hard to find pornstars that did both. I figure the Milton twins might have a preggo scene though, since I do remember one or both of them doing pregnancy scenes before they quit the business.
Google: Milton Twins "Pregnant." you'll find them. And as for the rest, I'm not sure, to be honest.
I don't know the rest of their names but I wish I did so I can google them for myself.

Most of the names are listed in the tutorials section of the main SOB forum here. Been thinking out adding their names to the Info section in the QSP. Actually, think I'll do that now, need some procrastination for the day.
