im at a bit of a loss here. The .30 file isnt available so I can only download .32
The only current translations are so bad they are unusable, but downgrading to .30 translation patch on the .32 game breaks it in a lot of ways... so it looks like the only option is to just wait for a new translation

Thankfully I found some torrent link here in the thread for old 0.30 version. Tried playing couple of times 0.32 but it still have some annoying bugs (couldn't continue story with couple of chars so had to use 0.32 cheats) , plus with old 0.30 cheats you can actually reset char path ingame and translation is much better.

If you replace most of the words with basic dialogues, the game is easy to translate, but it will lose its charm, which the original translation gives it.

For example, I am a Russian person, some jokes and terms of the English language sometimes do not understand.
Because I don't live in these environments and they are incomprehensible to me.

The same thing is here, in order to understand, you either need to live or learn a language, although without the first option it will be difficult to understand)

I agree with you, it's playable with current translation (0.32) but did you encounter some bugs during a playthough, you are not able to continue several character progression due not be able to influence them so you are stuck or you need to use cheats to raise theirs influence (first thing that comes to my mind and one of examples is Lydia (secretary) in 0.32) ?
