Bug at my end can't count obviously. I have no idea where I got thos numbers from, getting old sadly.

False positive. Probably because you downloaded from a source you normally don't use.

Encountering a glitch in the Mom-love path. After conquering her there's supposed to be a scene at 0900 in her bedroom where you spy on her getting dressed for work and you barge in and bang her. It's part of eventually unlocking threesomes with the Sister. However when I click "Enter and fuck!" time skips ahead about half an hour and the scene is skipped completely and you are left standing alone in her bedroom.
Second, the character info cards that are accessed from the in-game menu (the blue circle with the three silhouettes). It shows Age, Name, Depravity, Behavior, Attitude towards me, Vagina, Anus, and a little text blurb about the character. I manually edit some of that information for a few of the characters just to customize the experience and make certain things more plausible (such as MC's mom should be older than her mid-30s if she's got a 20-year old kid). Some of the data is in the file (gs_start_var_npc), some of it is in (unique_npc_info/info_[char name]), but not all of the edits end up reflected in the game.
And here I thought I was all smart figuring this stuff out on my own.

the bug has already been fixed, most likely you have an old version of the qsp. mom_pry_3_sex_suspected_0 should be on both line 721 and 753 of the room_mom page in the qsp
btw, if you want to change "ages" just search for Возраст in the qsp and change every instance of it for the character, imo it's not worth but it's up to you

I can't find her. I look around a lot, found the girl with her kid, found money... Is there a particular time or day?
After I bought a car it did work, maybe try that first :S
