It does work better if you use the "SOB v33" with the "SOB v33-Translation". Download version SOB 33 (look for torrent in the tread)

Actual content question! 
Tried the Alternative path for Anastasia in V33. It had some new lead up scenes where she kicks the husband to the couch, it tells you to get chocolate and flowers for her. He tries to throw you out and she stops him and says you are welcome to keep coming over. However she ignores you in all the following scenes. Is there any more alternative content or is that it? Wasn't sure if there was any other interactions or way to bring her back towards you.

As far as I can tell it should look something like this (if there is any difference, let me know so I can ajust my walkthrough) :
Alternate route:
1) Start the standard route, but when you win the poker, don’t give Anastasia all the money.
2) Have first sex by proposing her revenge.
3) Go back to her house to see her and her husband arguing.
4) Go back to her house but bring flower and chocolates.
5) Go back to her house (at night or evening?) and her husband will kick you out. You need to repeat 3 times before Anastasia stops him. You now have access to her house again.
6) You should be able to see her naked in her bathroom in the morning & evening and pull her blanket at night. (do all 3 once)
7) By aphrodisiac perfume from sex store and go back to her house.
8) Watch her masturbate in the bathroom and this time you will fuck her again.
9) Visit her in her bedroom at night (or evening?) for 3rd sex.

You need to be tired/exhausted and show up in her bedroom after 0h00. (you should see 2 button, fuck & sleep)

The love route requires other requirements:
- have sex 15-10 times with the mother and sister of the main character.
- After that, have sex with the main character's mother in the morning and your sister should catch you.
- After that, have sex with the main character's sister at night or in the morning and your mother should catch you.
- Talk to the mother of the main character in the morning in the kitchen.
- In the evening, find the mother and sister of the main character in the living room in the evening (here I have already forgotten what to do, either you need to take a nap in the living room or just come in the evening).
- At night or in the evening, come to the main character's mother's room and talk to her.
Congratulations, you can sleep in the room with the mother of the main character.
Yep, that was basically it, i just didn't have to do the sex with sister part and the talk in the kitchen the next morning, after getting caught with mother, i got the living room scene and then had to talk to mother at her room. Thx
Thank you, I had go to peek in the bathroom in morning, bathroom at night and peek on her sleeping a 2nd time each and then to the Living Room to trigger the thought to get Aphrodisiac for Anastasia and then could add it in kitchen after midnight

In the walkthrough says that it has no content for now, maybe in the future.
I am confused about Sasha. Walkthrough says she apologizes after doing the advertisement job and then you can talk to Shurik about her. But she just orders me to get the job for her and no option with Shurik to talk about her. Anyone can help?
I don't quite remember, other that you need to be in good physical shape first to get the avertisement job for Antonina. Then work 4 times for Nester (doing the movie job). But I don't remember that anything else was required. Did you see her in the early morning on you street where she send you away?
I don't think so. I met up with her after finishing up and getting paid for the advertisement job.
