i think the english version edited this file that might caused error

is the patcher error? cause it would be the libGLESv2 file that was not from the chinese version
the download have the file in there try replace it and try patcher again
if its from trying to start the game there is go around but its a bit of work
1st down load the old english version from this OP
2nd unpack it where u want the game to run from
3rd download each updates from the chinese site i have provided and patch the english file ( if there is no patch just file just copy paste over )
4th start the game with the english SOA.exe you should be all good
game should still be chinese version just using a different exe file to access qsp file.

PS: you can't use the english save from the old game so start a new game or try the save files fom the site, translaters messed with the codes and thy are different from each other.

1st it is the CHINESE version not the english version
2nd there is no english version yet for 0.60FF github still working on it
3rd it IS already fully patched and working use the SOA.exe not the other exe i dont know why u patching it
4th can help u if do don't discribe the Issue is, i dunt even know if you are just having missing file or some other problems
