I downloaded the towerengg.qsp file and put it in the standalone_content directory but when I tried launching the game I got this error.

So i was able to download everything after hours of trying to figure it out how to make a baidu account and set alipay up, but not able to play the game, i got a error, seeing on the image below, i'm posting here anyway so someone smarter can try to figure it out, i'm uploading to go file as well but its taking age, even with a 500mb internet, so i'm posting a torrent for now. I know it's a little late, but I made a Walkthrough for this game.
I've cleaned up my personal strategy notes and translated them into English.
This is based on V60.0FF and the Water Park MOD posted in this thread, and does not cover later MODs that have not been translated into English.
My English is poor and the Walkthrough is not perfect, but I think it will be more useful than what has been released so far.

I'd like to thank all the volunteers who are working hard to translate this game.

This walkthrough is SO MUCH BETTER than the other one, this need to be on OP.

After the bank rob event, you will unlock her in the Financial Center.
After that, she will randomly appear in the Residential area during the day. Watch her investigate. Repeat this process.
In the end, it's up to you to pay a lot of money to save her, or abandon her.
If you save her, Yuko Ono will appear in the Financial Center.

Her Japanese name is Sora Amakawa＝天川そら.

I remember having trouble meeting her too. In conclusion, her appearance rate is completely random, so I think it's just coincidence that you haven't met her yet.
However, I didn't include it in the walkthrough because it's unclear, but my notes say that she's more likely to appear between 13:00 and 15:00, and that she appeared after the story of Hatano Yui (Minister of Education) is over. In addition, her story is related to the Contemplation Winery-related event, so you might want to prioritize other events for now.
