Well I can't really tell you. The v70.0 as its of now is basically a text based game at the places where the videos/images don't work.
As I don't play both games. I can't really say if 70.0 has so much new/more content that its worth it. That need to answer other people.

No. 70.0 is supposed to have all the content of 60.0 just more, its basically like I said in the OP a Fan continuation.
If you replace the 70.0 QSP with the 60.0 QSP you just have the 60.0 which has useless videos (if it even works).

understood , I was thinking of just replacing the of videos so the name become Chinese again but I forgot thet new content added also has the same problem . Guess I just have to wait

I think ya miss-understood a bit.
The videos have the correct names. The QSP where all the text and code is inside (I think all of it), is the one that has the video/image names translated you'd need to change those. (And mind you there are close to 27k files and I don't know how many of those have Chinese names)

Rather than modifying the QSP, another option would be to translate the video names into English. As soon as I have retrieved the files and have some time, I will see if I can write a script like that. But if someone else manages to do it before me, I wouldn't mind at all!

The problem is you'd need the same translation the MTL did. And I wonder if that will work with 2 different MTL, even just 2 different runs.Just an idea.

But for the QSP (I have no idea tbh), I assume the script at least has some pointers that could compare the Eng with the CN version.

Yes, I just noticed the translation engine issue when testing DeepL and Google. On the other hand, the default translator in QSP is YandexTranslator. In fact, there are few translators integrated into QSP, then there are Bing and Google, and unfortunately, there is also the option to use a custom translator. I'm going to base my tests on the first three.
In fact, it's even more complex than that, since some paths are in Chinese or half in Chinese and half in English (such as ‘NAS大厦’ and others), as are the file names. Unless you're really familiar with ideograms, it's not going to be a walk in the park either.
It will keep me busy during my sleepless nights (it's 4 a.m. here).
I did fix most of the imgs and videos name the first time I posted the translation but just in chase here it is:
As for new content, here it is what I noticed as I translated it:
-A lot of old characters got a new scene here and there if I'm not mistaken, some more than others.
-A lot of QoL as most characters got their own homes where you can visit them instead of going to a specific place at specific time.
-More QoL with the Class 3-2, made it easier and a little bit less grindy.
-Heiyuan Chamber of Commerce which is a "casino" with blackjack and card games where you collect dealers? and some extra content. You need it for the AV part of your company since the 2 characters that are on the AV are dealers there.
-Mother and Aunt, two new characters that appear at the mall, the mother is quite straightforward but the Aunt is better to check the guide since there are more grindy paths.
-Singer, which is another new character which you trigger at the park or the restaurant when you manage it, don't remember the first one, its on the guide.
-A ghost that you can find in your room after you complete your step-family, its a bit long with many scenes.
-One new short character at the new company you can work if you send your CV on the computer, Melissa.
-Some new scenes at the winery with a flashback and story.
-A small Isekai scene at the 1000th floor of the Empire group, I think you need to finish the cousin plot first.
-The cousin, which is quite easy if you follow the guide and the "god" that talks to you in your room.
-The waterpark.
-Police captain and her daughter, follow the guide since there are many endings to each of them, you can reset most of these new lines ingame.
-Two new characters at the Life Insurance Company, quite straightforward and easy if you follow the guide to find them.
-New AV(Adult Video) department in your company but need to pass the blackjack content.
-More scenes to the massage, fertilization, cosplay, dates, etc... on the company.
As for the cheats, is the goldfinger thingy/button in your profile, someone posted the code before: 9527
Bugs: I would say most are ironed out and the game is playable 100%, profiles some are still bugged and don't really know how to easy fix them since they throw no error but as far as the story goes I didn't encounter more errors. The only videos or imgs that don't load are some profiles, like 5 if I'm not mistaken and some introduction videos for the AV department that don't really matter.
I tried/I'm trying to take the 60V translation and continue from there but the new fan content is a mess in structure and its quite hard to translate without breaking a lot of things if you translate everything like it was done before in the 60V but I will try when I have more time.
PD: There is an ingame guide that some people miss in the same bar as your profile, save and load etc... Also you can use the previous posted guide made by a guy who did a good job with it and you can complete 80-90% of the game with that one.
