My current intention is to make several routes available so that everyone that has an interest for the main story and concept can play it how they desire the most, this could either be to go trans, stay bi, go gay top ,bottom or vers, whatever you feel is more adequate for your liking and personal taste. Currently as of chapter 1 (introduction) hes just a curious straight man.

Although I would be happy to see this become a multi-route game, the MC I see in the introduction is just gay in denial. I do think it would not be that hard to rewrite the intro into a more ambiguous one, the concept of discovering oneself while already having a girlfriend is workable. But I would guess players on gay route(s) will want to ditch her ASAP while players on non-gay routes will ignore as much gay content as possible, so the game will need a lot more than the initial setup.

Do you have a schedule set or at least a target goal set for subsequent updates? Monthly or every other month are good goals and will maintain keen interest, but if you delve into the 6 to 12 month range people will get disgruntled. It's a promising concept. If you keep cranking out the updates, I'll probably play all routes since I'm something of a completist with games I enjoy.

I noticed that right after I published it ahah Yeah the first few passages are like a throwback to when they met so the 25 year old is after that, did realize this But thanks for the message, will be looking forward to hearing more when I have developed that route

Hey there, absolutely no need to be sorry (I do it as well sometimes ). The story you had in mind was actuallly one of the routes I was planning to happen and further trigger the main character interest in giving it a go.

Nice to read your explanations, thanks. Sounds good, the more routes you develop the wider audience you will attrract. But it is more difficult, especially if you want keep some consistency within the images etc. Good luck!

Games with fully separate routes can become burdensome, because you are essentially writing 3+ distinct, unrelated games. As you release updates, new content for each individual route may be sparse, and players who only play one route don't experience all the content. It's possible for passages/events within the game to vary based on your choices rather than have entirely separate routes, but that means that such events need to fit narratively with each route. But this also sounds like a game where I'd want to play each route, unlike some other games.

I'm looking forward to seeing this game expand!

I'm curious about something. If the MC chooses to be open with his girlfriend, will his girlfriend break up with him? Or will it be an option down the road to share the girlfriend with other guys or trans women. Maybe the girlfriend will realize that she's into trans women as well and will want to get in on the action.

Hey thanks so much for the feeback and glad that you are enjoying it thus far. Im still exploring routes and how I could handle that split in the story to make it fit in nicely narratively wise so that it does not feel like your playing a tottaly diferent game, but for now wont be such a drastic change (when I mean now, I mean chapter 2 and maybe 3, but for sure will start to see it already in chapter 2).
Appreciate the heads up and for someone so new to developing adult content games like this (which could turn out to be more difficult to write than I tough) I actually like the challenge

Hey there thanks so much, this is huge feedback and will for sure make these changes to better fit in, english is not my main language so sometimes I make those kind of mistakes even after some correction, nothing like a fresh pair of eyes to look at it ehehe
Was also thinking it was going a bit faster for this first chapter. Aimed towards around de 2000 words per chapter, but feel like a few more wont do much harm and will slow down the pace for those ones, making everything feel not rushed. Do want to include more characters in the following chapter for sure and make it a more "open world" and allowing for more character building but limited ahahah (Will take time but I think you guys know what I mean)

Overview:
Soon to be is my first developed story-based sugarcube html game about a guy who's dating a girl but is secretly into gay and trans. The game is all about him figuring out his true feelings and deciding whether to keep hiding or be open about it. You play as the main character and make choices that will shape the story. There will be different people to meet and talk to and each choice you will make will end up changing the story and lead you to different endings. (Chapter 1 as of yet so just introduction so far) The game deals with topics like sexual identity, acceptance, and the struggles of balancing relationships with personal desires. It's an emotional journey that lots of players can relate to.

Game looks & seems interesting.
I look forward to playing it after it progresses a bit further.
(One thing I would suggest is to have 2.5 paths with or for the GF)
1. She is supportive of MC, and willing to help him.
2. She is Not supportive. Not leaving MC but Dominates/control him.
2.5 She is pissed and disgusted with his 'gay' activities & interests and walks out.

Honestly I'm surprised we don't see more games of guys discovering their attraction to trans women when it's an easy way to connect with the futa/trans audience. Do gay games typically have the sexual realization be more of a focus? With futa/trans it
is usually just a submissive guy meets dominant trans/futa who breaks his will but not really an exploration of him coming to grips with it in regards to how it'd change his life.
