Multiple protagonists done right is really amazing to behold but I tend to agree about the first part. I'd much rather see various routes that give out info about the world/story and then a true route.
So how do I unlock the rest CGI and scenes after completed playthrough? There are no choices in story so I'm a bit lost!

It's probably a little late but I have recently finished the game so here's 100% save for all that requested it. Just unpack it to where your game is installed.

Used the save-files zipped file for Steam's release and it doesn't work.
There's actually two folders for Steam ver. that has two kinds of save folders, and renaming the files may enable some of the saves to be loaded. However, you will not (as I did) unlock the gallery in full, nor make it clickable (if it does exist).
TL;DR: You will not be able to unlock the gallery with this by extracting it as is for Steam's version.

Screen blacks out when Full screening, only fixes after closing and reopening. Other than that, works just fine.
