So I went on a little testing
No visual bugs or anything on my PC specs
The only 2 issues were:
1) Game freezes after first Nova scene if you fully play a mini-game, skipping mini-game fixes it
2) Replay gallery still breaking the menu if you expand pics or after replaying scenes
That's about it.

And I made some new saves from Batches 1 to 3 to make it a little easier
(C:\Users\...\AppData\LocalLow\ThatWasHot\Soulgasm_PA)
1 - Pick a side
2 - First Nova scene
3 - Second Nova scene
4 - First Moruga scene
5 - Second Moruga scene
I did go back to save 1 after save 3 to get saves 4 and 5
It seems like they made choosing girls way easier since I played it fully, so I adjusted my Walkthrough as well
Now choosing a side scene is before puzzles and everything, so you don't need to worry about messing stuff up
but you can still swap girls during puzzles, before First sex scene, but not after.
Noticed a lot more finished art, a couple of side dialogues, hope they will keep up progress
