This game desperately needs an in-game guide. I keep getting stuck because there's no hints in the text or anything about what to do next. Doctor just randomly teleported away and I've tried everything to figure out what the next step is.
Go to the Captain's Quater. There is a new minigame on the left.

Ive had the test done, talked to the Doctor, had my exam stolen, looked at the security door and it told me i need a level 3 Keycard, went to the bridge/ready room and the new scanner on the left told me i have no reason to use it now. What am i missing to access the new stuff im a bit lost?
Edit: Had to start from the chapter select in new game, if you play on a previous versions save you can miss the doctor goving you the level 3 Keycard.

When you click start, there's now a menu option to start at a particular character's route, with the previous ones complete (going L to R).
The XXX scene is the green massage alien, there's nothing worth seeing for the doctor yet.
more like continued, it wasnt done the first time there was an update and its still not done. starting from a specific "chapter" helps. it seems like the dev isnt make his game like an average porn dev creator hes doing bit by bit on different chapters at a time.

I love this game but the fact that every single update breaks saves is unbearable: now just to see a couple of additional Lorza scenes I'd have to replay (from scratch) her whole chapter. I'll skip this update and just wait for the game to complete (whenever that happens).
