It's not abandoned, it's not complete.
Sometimes, the dev remembers it exists and says "Oh, I'm making a new enemy" or something, seemingly without finishing the previous enemy that was being made, because there's no game update to show for it.

i have agreed with @Untamed since dev still developing and report some progress in itch however dev has as problem with health issue so developing was very slowly, so we hope that dev will be healthy and let take some rest before continue to developing

What do you think of a hiatus tag?
"Abandoned" games get picked up frequently, right? This makes the abandoned tag feel less permanent than it really is. Having the catalogue gauged by binary means there are only two extremes.
I have seen gross tactics of developers using this to their advantage, combing money from patreon and only updating a game every 11 months to avoid the 'abandoned' tag, to make it appear they are constantly gowning...
you have at points, "Abandoned' tag which there is no hope for coming update for game either is dev gonna to abandon game or without any words/report from dev or dev get ban or something.
i agreed with you, some dev like using it because they being greedy with laziness and always giving as empty promise such like Innoxia from Lilith's throne for example however we cannot being blinded from it there some dev is saying may be true but some laziness/greedy dev also using this to their advantage, so we can't sure if they is saying true or not but dev say 1 or 2 delay is fine but using too much it definitely using as gross tactics.

For those who feel the need to argue between if this is abandoned or active, I will say to just hold off the bites and be patient. y'all ain't gonna die just because a single game isn't completely finished developing yet. Developing a game is a challenge enough already when you want to pot some quality or effort behind it. Not to mention factors we as viewers don't see like health and well being of the dev. If you want to keep up with them, then keep a look out on where they can be directly be contacted through instead of a forum where most dev might not even see often. All in all, complaining about the game's development doesn't speed it up and there are literally thousands of other games here you all can pass the time on.

All that posting were/are just to try to show some signs of life, you know? That I'm sill there, since I've been too sick to draw or produce anything. I mean, it was either that, or depressing tweet after tweet about how I spent yet another day feeling like shit and not able to do anything.
I did made a conscious effort to try to not repost too much about current state of gaming, I'll lay those down, it has nothing to do with me anyway, I've bought like 3 games in the past decade or so, it's just sad to see. Maybe I should stick to post old stuff or retweet not so garbage stuff I've done from time to time.

i agreed with you, if is abandoned or active, is be patient and waiting for dev reply answer. for sure, developing a game is a challenge for new dev or experience dev, in it points to be patient till they are ready to release. i care their dev well being and dev healthy issue if they are saying, i will say again to be patient. there is literally thousands of other game here but for me i only playing if there is futa content like futa x female/futa it is my hobby i guess and i saw dev making some futa enemy so not why, come here and be patient
in you community understand you and take care of yourself first, some say get sick and very painful, some say hope you being well soon so don't blame yourself just let take some rest and relax till you being healthy again but don't push yourself just because you being healthy again, so let take slow progress

I can forgive you if you said that was from .5.7z to .55.7z.
Of course, there is no update about the game 14 days ago. Just added a development log that almost not related.
