It almost looks as thought he UV map is off, but what scares me is that I think it isn't; I think this is how the dev intended them to look.
I'd have given this a try, 3D animated stuff with actual breast squish effects isn't exactly common and I can look past the horns and gargantuan ears, but by all that is holy those eyes just make me want to find the nearest cross, hold it up and say "BACK DEMON! BACK! THE POWER OF CHRIST COMPELS YOU!"

These Draenei look a bit weird. The animations are good but something just seems off about them.

They're draenei with an extra big collection of winterfall firewater.
