Hi, so I download the latest BepInEx, and extract it in the game folder, but the plugins folder is not created even if I move the game folder somewhere else. So, how do I get the plugins folder?

game path must have just english characters. multi-characters are not allowed. (ex. "d:\게임\Spending a Month with My Sister")
if game folder is at windows's special folder("Download", "My Documents", "Desktop", etc), absolute path contains "Windows account name". (ex. "c:\Users\사용자이름\Desktop")
If doesn't work, can you show the log file? (at "BepInEx\")

If you downloaded it here, it is in English, just open the last file, the one with 640kb and you'll be good to go

But I'm sorry, actually I remembered that I've downloaded the 2023-12 version from somewhere else, and there the uncensor and translation were already applied... I don't have the link anymore but any google search will bring the results to you

if we have to download a program that we don't know anything about just to play a game, then that's a red flag it's not worth it. It should already be programed in the game.

I'm not a game dev myself, and I understand very little things about that, but it seems like it's a game based on a type of engine that numerous plugins and mods can be added, something similar of what happens with Koikatsu or Honey Select 2, or AI Girl, that BepEx thing is the plugin that is used to load these mods, etc. It's not like it is a total separated thing from the game. I've done that already and it does no harm, but it is kinda confusing indeed.
Hopefully someone that knows it better than me could explain it with more details here.
But you don't need a translation to play the game? Just learn the game's language.

So it works, the plugins folder is there, but then, there is no log folder, I put the cheat in the plugins and it still doesnt work. Along with the xunity translator as well

if BepInEx\plugins folder is created, BepInEx is working. do you extract plugin to BepInEx\plugins folder?
ok, thank you, I finally got it to work. Turn out I download the wrong version. Also, how do I add translator? Just drop the Xunity in the plugins?

and extract it to game folder.Right, I understand that. But you also have to understand that all translations on this site are "not programmed in the game". If they are, then we wouldn't need translations in the first place.
There are multiple ways to do translations, but all of them involves downloading something (that you most likely don't know about) and applying it to the game, as a hack. Some are as simple as updating text files, while others are more complex, especially for games that are DRM-protected.
For unity games it would do you good to understand how these auto-translations work, so you don't have to wait for others to provide a ready-made game package.
