Seems like you are the dumb one, you can see that the saves are in the game folder itself, follow the path after the game title.

That is the original version of the game, not the RE version.
I am also on Win11 and looking at the image U358 posted they are too.
Your Windows version has nothing to do with save file extensions.
The RE version of the game uses

for it's save files.

Still not much besides 4 naughty scenes with the sister and still nothing with the clerk, I'd say theres about 35% compared to the old game
