here is MTL. extract it to game folder. game path must don't have multi-bytes characters.

There doesn't seem to be anything to fix about MTL.
In Korea, someone else made a cheat plugin, but the menu is in Korean, so I can't upload it here.
If someone need a cheat, can use Cheat Engine.

If the thread has been updated with the package that is added to the OP, that post should be reported as a game update. I can't be the only one doing it because I miss it sometimes.
I now see Shades did post the update on the 2nd and that no one else reported the update. I'm not gonna bother at this point, there's going to be a new one in 5 days.

I always report my own upload posts as game updates, but eh... mods be mods
also, I take like... 10% pride in the fact I've posted All-in-One versions on the 1st of every month (UK) since I started doing them
