General tips:
There's a gallery on the title screen and clicking on a locked scene tells you the conditions to unlock it.
At the top right there is a menu button that allows you to Load (events can change) or Return to Title (view gallery without relaunching app).
Auto-Saves happen each morning.
There's a NewGame+ after you clear the game; since this isn't my first rodeo I don't know whether you earn NewGame+ points for the bad ending (she leaves early) because I'm a legendary Onii-chan. I find that starting with the double-action book is the best one.
Gameplay tips:
Having a low Clean value decreases Affinity. She will comment on the Clean value, and reduce Affinity, in the mornings. Clean value decreases by 1 every morning and by 2 if you decide to keep the cat. Keeping the cat increases Affinity by 30 and not keeping the cat decreases it by 30; the cat event happens on day 10 when sister comes home.
Bathing with sister requires 30 Affinity and increases Sexual Curiosity by 3, and touching her boobs (I want to massage) increases it by 9, at the end of the event. You need to view the bath scene 3 times--I suspect it's locked behind Curiosity, though--before she will allow you to massage.
Money and items are really important; storage capacity upgrades allow you to visit the shop less often (and therefor not eating up a time slot) and Sweets and Manga should be used early. Sweets are especially important because there aren't many ways to efficiently raise Affinity, otherwise.
Using the "Int" (Interact) option from the "Girl" menu allows you to give her gifts. You can head-pat her here for 1 Affinity. This is also where you have the consensual Sex option to engage in the things you teach her from the Sex-Books (bought from shady shop). You can also touch her boobs here for 3 extra Curiosity, each one for 3 boob-touches, once her Curiosity is high enough; if it isn't high enough the three touches will increasingly reduce Affinity by 1 then 2 then 3 for each Curiosity gain. You can test whether she's receptive by her reaction to the first touch so knowing the threshold isn't important.
The book on the art of daily actions is important; it allows you to double the efficiency of Work-Out, Clean, and Job while increasing their stamina costs. Work-Out and Clean cost 20/35 and the Job costs 20/40. You buy it at the shop.
Running out of stamina loses all actions for the day (and the Clean level goes down).
Because you can't unlock everything in one playthrough there are certain items you'll want to prioritize over others for the ending you're going for. The friendship ending requires NOT having consensual sex with her so buying the sex learning books, enabling consensual sex, will just be a waste of money and possibly time when you don't unlock that ending. The debauched ending doesn't require Affinity so Sweets might be a waste of money and gifting it might be a waste of a time slot past a certain amount of Affinity (30 for bath); there's a required 70 Affinity to have sex without a condom but condoms are cheap (150, 750 for 5).
A lot of this is actually explained in-game but the skip feature (CTRL) is pretty good at skipping the important text. If you notice that it took slightly longer to skip the morning period then you've likely unlocked something new to purchase at the Shop; I believe it's the double-action book and then the molestation book (various sleep methods). Randomly, "Go Shopping" unlocks a new "Shady Shop" where sex-books, aphrodisiacs, and sleeping pills can be bought; it isn't open during the first time-slot.
I haven't found a way to unlock the sleeping sex scene (from the OP) so I think it was removed or disabled and isn't even in the gallery.
