If the games english is passable, we'll roll with it, if it isn't we'll just put together the normal AIO.

Basically the game developer finished the story so I don't think he'll be working on the game until 2030

Advanced warning : just had a stint in hospital, and due to what was discovered, in about 4 weeks, I will be going under the surgeon's knife, with... uncertain odds. and even if successful, will have a lengthy recovery period. this means that december and onward the AIO may have to be done by someone else that's willing. If things go really well, I'll upload AIOs as normal if possible, assuming I'm out of hospital.
tomorrow's AIO will release as normal as soon as someone uploads the newest update that I can fix up... and check how the dev's english translation stacks up to what we currently use. If the devs translation is fine, I will phase out that part of the AIO and focus on just adding the decensor.

How bad is the RV? Is the PE bad enough that you have RV dysfunction, or is that preserved?

Docs are more concerned about the pressure... estimated 166mmHg + RAP if you know what means (because I have no idea beyond "sounds bad", I'm more clued up on the renal side of things) also and I quote "severe tricuspid valve regurgitation" "Dilated RV with impaired RV systolic function"
honestly theres a lotta technical crap here that's a bit over my head that I need to research (I have a whole report that would cover multiple paragraphs, but those seem to be the biggest concerns?
Yeah that makes sense. So in summary there are a lot of clots that have slowly been dislodging from your graft and lodging themselves into vessels inside your lungs. That means the right side of your heart has problems pushing blood into the lungs because of the blockages from the clots, and overtime will enlarge as a result of it. Have they scanned your lungs as well? And have they discussed an IVC filter in the future?

Had scans (CT, XRay and Echocardiogram) while in hospital, meeting cardiologist on the 17th for further tests and more information
Oh boy i only started playing the first game because of that scene alone. Watching her in that position looks hot af. I just hope it gets added though

Currently, the game's functionality is being expanded, not reduced. But it's quite strange that this scene hasn't been reworked yet. So, it's not yet clear what exactly will happen to this scene/pose.
