Final 2D has more scenes and endings.
The 2024 edition has higher quality sex scenes + some 3D scenes, 3D sleep minigame, more hangout CG's, but has less sex scenes and is locked to one ending. As far as I know they're working on re-adding what was lost in higher quality and more.

Today the developer showed some progress and plans that you have.
Among them is adding CG for the endings:
It's super cute, I love the contrast of the sunset and how well done the shadows and blurring are, really top quality art ♥
I also mention some expansions for the game while sister is asleep:
And finally it says that there will be an update day after tomorrow, so let's look forward to it >:3
