There was no "scene" of a blowjob in bed, there was a picture like, and maybe there will be someday.
There were no "mini-games" with a "clerk". There was a "scene" of massage/harassment, with an increase in some parameters that opened up new functions in the same scene.
If I'm not mistaken, there was something similar in fanart from fans, but not in the game itself
Actually, i think the person you are replying to is talking about the old version of this game, before the developer made the one that's being updated currently. You can find it in this thread, from 2023, I think. That one did have a touching minigame with the clerk.
The final 2D version is actually in the OP, under the spoiler tag and contains the scenes mentioned.

Is my game busted or something? I'm playing the current version, and other than being able to touch her boobs in the bath, I can't do anything sex related? I maxed her curiosity and favor, and her sex knowledge and nothing. I hypnotized her, gave her the drink and no sex option
You have to touch her boobs repeatedly (in either the bath or the screen where you can give her items) in order to get the sex option to appear.
you actually have to teach her the positions by using the books with a red exclamation mark while she is awake(top, bottom and service), the knowledge book by itself does nothing but increase the success rate for other learning and sleep learning wont unlock the scenes only increases stats

Maaaaan that sorta peeves me off i spent so much time maxing affection and sexual interest, and basically maxed out all 3 stats using the books, and I kept saving over the same slot.
I had no Idea I had to keep repeating the bath scene, so now I'm on day 27 with nowhere near enough time to get any actual content.
