I cannot find any clothes at the beginning so the quest also cannot be solved ... I restarted the game 4-5 times am stuck 
Oops looks like the lockpick that was supposed to have a 100% success rate didn’t cooperate — guess the engine had other plans!
Try restarting the game; that should fix it.

Hint: at the end, the Doctor will tell you where to find the clothes — after that, a marker will appear on your minimap.
But make sure to grab a lockpick before that, just in case!

Is there any way to disable the Drone and just be able to pan around my character as she gets fucked? Too bad there's no birthing. It's a real shame I can't clear out some trees.
You actually can chop trees — you just need to find an axe
As for the drone, yeah, we’re working on adding proper control options for it.
Also, feel free to join our Discord! There’s a game guide that explains a lot of things — like mining rocks, setting up a farm, and more. Some of the features are easy to miss

Oh ok I guess it takes more than 30 minutes to chop a tree unless I need a upgraded version of that axe.

like this game and where it's headed, but I just don't like the protagonist. I don't play it anymore because I feel like I'm playing as the mother of the actual protagonists. A slightly prettier or slimmer protagonist certainly wouldn't hurt, or the option to customize the female character at the beginning. As I said, the game's concept is good, and so are the updates.

In this update, we added new futa scenes, where the main character shows a fresh side of herself. We hope you’ll enjoy this new content!
We also introduced sounds in the scenes, making the atmosphere even more immersive and engaging. We’re really curious to hear your thoughts — how do you like these additions?
Additionally, there’s now an X-ray effect, giving a unique perspective on the scenes, and new dangerous NPCs — bandits, adding more excitement and challenges.
Almost forgot
There’s a trap system — you can capture zombies if they step into a trap, then later build a cage for them in construction mode.
Also added juicy sound effects for those scenes
And there’s a laptop with a gallery — for those who are too lazy to play and just want to watch the scenes
