The game tells you to find the key — you decide to break the door with an axe.
The game gives you infinite food and water — you complain “why is this even here?”, then somehow manage to die from hunger during a scene with the Doctor.
Like Lol
So I went back and did find the key. The guy tells you it's somewhere near the car. It was not near the car, but instead nearby the doctors house on a barrel. I don't think I can be faulted for looking where the game tells you to look despite the key not existing there, but whatever I missed it and it did spawn regardless.
Since I couldn't find the key, yes I tried breaking the door down with an axe. I thought it was kinda neat the game let me do that and talk to the dude, but that obviously breaks the game in unintended ways. Maybe make the door unbreakable if that's the case.
And yes infinite resources in what's suppose to be a zombie survival game kinda defeats the purpose lol, but the real issue is being able to die in what's essentially a cutscene like that in the first place. Wasn't looking at my hunger at all, I feel like I had only been playing a short amount of time so to die of hunger in the first place surprised me. Regardless, if you want to tell me it's intended behavior to be able to die in the middle of a sex scene and watch the character models bug out then idk what else to tell you besides thinking that's annoying design.
Look I know it's a beta. You could have just pointed out where the key was or something and said "hey you sequence broke it, try it the normal way" and I would have been happy to lol
