Thanks for suggestions and info.
After some testing I found out that you can in fact just straight up catch the spirits with full HP. You just need to be very overpowered, though I'm not sure in what way exactly.
So, with my level 30 spirits I was able to catch full HP level 11 wild spirits by using spirit crystal +1. It's either my average spirit level being so much higher or the higher tier of the spirit crystal.
Important remark: the catch may still fail with some chance, but that chance is low enough to not be a nuisance.

cause when I went back to recatch some spirits I missed, I already had a level 35+ team, with my Ace (A rare Panthera) already at the level cap of 45.

How do you cum in the replay scenes? Is it just a loop?

As of the current moment, no sadly. The save is pretty encrypted in looking like complete gibberish of data, so making a save editor for it is harder than other games. I don't know if Cheat Engine is capable of latching onto a Spirit and changing values like "rare=" from false to true, but that would probably be easier as a start.

In the history of this game being out it was ALWAYS possible de decrypt and edit the save files.

be sure to make a copy of your save before (just in case) and test it out.

Oh well, I had no idea one existed, let alone that there was one literally right here. I just didn't think anyone would put in the effort to decrypt save files for this game out of so many others, unless it's only slightly less surface level and not that much more difficult.
