A good guide, some things to check and maybe some things to add:
I think you reversed INT and DEX, I agree with the value of both and I work to max both first; but the results of maxing either is reversed from what you have listed.
Things I have written down from past plays so I know how I run, might be worth cleaning up and adding?
Repairs:
Teddy: 3 cotton, 3 string, 1 battery
Jack in box: 3 spring, 3 string, 1 battery
Soldier: 3 WINDER, 3 gear, 1 battery
Robot: 3 PartA, 3PartB, Battery
Broken Doll: 3 WINDER, 3 Repair Kit, 1 battery
Sexkeleton - 3 soul fragment, 3 skull with soul, 3 shattered bone
Dullahan- 3 soul fragment, 3 skull with soul, 3 clipped hair
Mimic - 3 soul fragment, 3 cursed coin, 3 shattered wood

For cash you can play blackjack on your computer.
Yes, it caps your bet at $5 at first, until you win 5 games. Then cap raises and after you win more it raises more.
Savescumming you can boost that cap beyond the money you'd ever need.
The doll on level 2 & 3 of the factory can be used for healing infinitely, so early on you can run to it every fight if need be (takes time to watch the cutscene that many times, but it works).
Using the doll and fighting everything (and selling only the broken doll chips and maybe a few extra gears/winders/springs) and not playing blackjack or cheating money?
It is possible to get gun, 12 repair kits, and the 2 red parts on the first dungeon run; giving me Gun3 for all later runs... and still having the $100 left over to buy access to either the library or the gym to start training Int or Dex. But you have to fight everything (or nearly so, I usually skip Soldier at stairs on level 1).
Repair kit repairs 70 durability on weapons.
If you blackjack or cheat for cash, you can start with Bat2 or Gun2 as those just require purchased items.
They're equal in damage when it matters (enemies have 10/15/20 health, difference between 8/9 doesn't matter) gun is cheaper to make and has more durability.
I use gun3 as soon as I can get it for every fight EXCEPT Duke (bat3 for a bit more damage will matter there).
Several storyline items require sleeping in bed and walking outside your door, so do that if you're progressing storyline.
(So don't be massaging Lizzie every night, forever)

Does anyone here know how to complete the "treasure hunt for the duke" mission? I need help with this mission.
There are three "artifacts" as random drops in the graveyard (the sextoy ones that sell for $500).
You need a full set, one of each (gold, diamond, ruby IIRC) for the handin.
Having multiples of one type doesn't help.
Which level you are on doesn't make any difference which one might drop, which enemy doesn't matter either.
I think you can even (if stupid-lucky) get multiple rare drops on one kill (I think I saw that once, ever).
So keep killing and don't sell ALL the toys you get for cash, save 1 of each; and sell off the duplicates only until you've done the quest.
I'm gonna assume you're talking about the loli omission, long story short the devs got bullied into removing them unfortunately, they posted about it on itch a while back I think.
from what i read, so they basically just remove the little sister or something?
the last version before it got removed is the 1.1.1 above?
but why the latest version is 0.65.4..

no they just changed her design, theres barely any difference though
