Unity - Spooky Milk Life [v0.65.4] [MangoMango & Studio Gingko]

Played this on it's 1.0.16p release.
Already looks very promising, the art is already quite the feast for the eyes even if the animated CGs may looks a little bit clunky. The characters design is god tier (Big tits lovers, this game is for you) and if the developper intend to please a wider variety of preferences this can only get better.
The gameplay for now is actually pretty fun, the dungeon crawler and rogue-like aspect is kind of breathtaking when you're so used to boring RPGM games with no depth in gameplay. I can't wait to see where this is going and how it can improve.
The combat system in itself is okay-ish, kind of slow and not that rewarding but then again this is a very early state of developpement.
Playing this game with a mouse is pretty ergonomic believe it or not and I would even go as far as to recommend it over keyboard, and good one-handed games are what we need.
The biggest problem I have is the broken english, that definitely needs work.
Overall this game is definitely worth trying out even in it's early version, it's a nice change from your typical VN or RPGM game .

The only thing bugging me a bit is the english... It's also not my native language, but there are a ton of writing/grammar mistakes sadly.

At the moment, there are two scenes, a full-fledged dungeon and a prologue.
As it seemed to me, this is some mixture of gameplay solutions from different good games. It remains to hope that the developer will not abandon it.

Downside: basically no statement from the devs on the situation their game is in. going to steam was pretty much a downfall/turning point that changed the games whole theme. I supported it since the early stages of development but have moved on.
If you came for the shortstacks, you better start looking elsewhere. (humanoid animals also seem to be cut out of future updates)

The art style in this game is great, and i like the animation as well. The gameplay loop is decent, though quite basic. But the game is very buggy as of v1.0, and mostly only works in korean. I supposedly have quests atm, but they're just blank, and a lot of the map is pointless atm, not sure why it was made playable when there's nothing to do in most of these areas.

The house is such a pain to navigate, especially cause going left is actually going right, and the whole thing ends up feeling like a maze.

For me this is just the art carrying the game currently, but i hope this game is improved, cause there's definitely potential here.

It is so refreshing to find a game so dedicated to huge unrealistic proportions, both the MC's cock size and the bust sizes of all female characters, most games here have 'big' breasts and cocks that are nothing impressive with 'reasonable' sizes all around.

I hope the characters, at least most of them, all keep looking as stacked as this and they don't change the designs to be smaller anywhere, I understand it's not everyone's cup of tea but I have been really bummed out before when a game had early designs that were more exagerated and got toned down in later patches.

I eagerly look forwards to seeing more of this going forwards and wish all the best to everyone in the team!

Need a little improvement on the combat system. Add diagonal movements would probably solve most of the issue.

The protagonist house is huge and is a little bit confusing to navigate thorough it.

This would be a 5 star but the controls are very awkward. Using your mouse would be a huge improvement (Left click to attack and open doors. WASD for movement) stuff like that would be better personally. Very good game tho and wonderful art. keep up the good work.

Simply fantastic, this game, in his actual stage(alpha 4) is better than a lot of others games. The giant tits, story, gameplay, map, art, everythink is awesome. Spooky Milk Life will get in the my Hall of best games, alongside urban demons, town of passion and summer memories.

Ignore everything I said below, this is game had great potential when it started but it's now a patreon milking scam. As more recent reviews makes clear it lacks focus, just adding side characters with one scene instead of progressing the main content, so just tons of pointless grinding of affection points for no gain. Can't speak for the combat or dungeons since I remember that being redesigned every other month so who knows what it's like now.

Not been this disappointed with a game since the Incestual/Insexual Awakening devs decided drop their game in the span of one month.

God bless the Koreans cause this is some 10/10 artwork and character designs, milfs and shortstacks for days. With a penetration and a blowjob scene, animations, decent showcase of characters, and a clear direction for how the gameplay will work this is in my opinion an exemplary alpha release.

Key controls (see OP) is something I've seen lot of people complaining about and while it's pretty wonky they're in my experience standard for Japanese games so I understand why the developers choose them. An option for switching between western and Asian controls might be appreciated in the future.

I've seen people complain about the dungeon but in my opinion it was neither too hard nor too grindy (one full run was all that was needed). However, the limitations on attacking (only forward) and moving does mean you have to be a bit tactical. Beyond this I do hope a repair system is implemented by next update, running around with five bats that break in three hits is a bit silly.

Biggest gripe so far is the Engrish: it's not the worst I've seen and it's not as bad as MTL, but I can't say it's good. This is of course maybe the most difficult aspect to fix (can't expect the creator take night classes for a porn game) but I hope the author implements some system for translation feedback or sharing dialogue scripts. As it is now I don't even need a incest patch - it's already unclear whether "Missy" is your real mom or not.

So beyond that one gripe Spooky Milk Life is on its way to become one of my favourites on this site. If the author keeps this up it'll most likely be the first game I've ever supported financially. It's now the first game I've ever supported on patreon since Opala and man, the upcoming designs look great.

The game has changed a lot since its initial demos. Now I'm not really sure how I feel about the game itself. The art is still good and things are being added but now the game itself feels really clunky and shit. Now its an RPG battle system instead of an active battle mechanic and because of this the game opens up the potential to use WASD for movement along with the mouse, yet you still need to right click places to actually go through the doors. Not only that movement through keys is cardinal directions only, you can't move diagonal. It just feels terrible to control when diagonal is obviously there since the player follows the mouse directly.

As for the gameplay itself it's now a timed attack mechanic where you have to interact with a bar where the center is the strongest you can hit. Beyond that my only gripe with this rpg mechanic is that enemies can either force you to mash fast to break a grapple or you have to time another bar to defend yourself against an attack. There is no warning to which you will get so you just have to be prepared. If you mash preemptively you could just put out the worst defense you can by failing the QTE while failing to react will really fill up the cum meter if you take too long to start mashing.

The dungeon itself is now like a grid based roguelike where you have individual rooms that are randomly generated and you just go from room to room where most of the time it's filled with nothing and sometimes has an enemy. Because the game is now an RPG you run into issues with combat being not very worth it. Weapon durability drops ridiculously fast and weapons themselves are relatively very expensive. Yet without weapons your damage output is low enough that you'll take too much damage without one.

As for the content itself, the art is still pretty good. The animations are still nicely done. Some of the idle animations and such look a little blurry because the way it's animated and overall a lot of the art in this game feels rushed and unfinished. It severely lacks polishing and is pretty dirty looking so hopefully that gets buffed out eventually.

First time player for this game, good work on the artwork but big booties/boobies that you all need without judging the style or story of the game, definitely looking into this and the development for only as it contain lot exploring contents and peeking at the patreon page turns out there are more milfs, monster boobies Are cumming!!!?

The demo is great, it lets you see how the rest of the game (hopefully) will be with a mixture of "dungeons" where you can grind the money you need and an overworld with sim date stuff where you´ll get the missions (surely the items you´ll need to buy), nonetheless both have their own charm, in the main areas you´ll interact with the female characters where you´ll get the animated and cg scenes and in the dungeon you´ll get the actual gameplay and an extra of h scenes (which btw you don´t need to lose to see them, kinda like succubus milking farm game), the only worrying part is if they´ll add enough stuff to the dungeons so they don´t end up being too grindy but besides that the game looks quite promising with good details to lots of stuff and finally drifting from the sea of pre-made custom characters and nackgrounds, hopefully on january we´ll see what the beta will give us.
PS: all the fem characters seem to be packed with DD+ honkers even if the actual design isn´t as exaggerated as other cases it could be a deterrent to some to play so if you don´t like that and big dicks you may have a bit of a hard time right now, anyways maybe in the future they´ll add more variations to the designs.

A truly enlightening experience where you have the privilege to witness a world where every character has mammoth tits and everyone wears booty shorts and thongs. The art is amazing and the animation is even better, yet somehow they managed to fit in good gameplay and a well designed setting (even if it is a bit small as of alpha build 4). Games a masterpiece so far and I will follow it closely. Oh and the character design alone is some of the best I've seen.

good alpha. feels like creator has a good understanding of pacing. it isn't blue balls paradise the sequel. visuals are really good. only concern i have is the grind/how grindy this game will be. also when i first started i had no idea how to start a new game. i think the game might be designed for controller, not pc because enter/space do nothing. controls are z/x/a/s/d with arrow keys. other than that, look forward to the updates.
