Once you beat the chucky doll and have the sex scene with raury, the game will end, roll credits. but if you press new game it will take you back to the last end scene. if you type in mangomango in the PC you get a bunch of items, including a tent, use that to move to the next day if you want to keep playing.

as far as i can see there is no other content than from before, other than lydia and yoga instructor.
