Yup, there were originally several loli's in the game, including your younger sister. They've all been changed to avoid the game getting killed by Patreon admins.

Did the censorship hurt the game? Or does it have more fans than ever by ditching all the loli stuff?

Did you ask Willya about the books in the library? She tells you numbers. With the numbers, you can get the books. Follow the order of the numbers. Then the mission is over.
The numbers of the shelves are:
Left 12X3, top right 4XX5, right middle 6X7X, bottom right X8X9. X are the shelves you cannot click on.
Unfortunately, if you got the books without using the numbers, you'll have to restart your last save and start this mission over.

You need your relation with Rory boosted to full.
(either massage for 5 or 10 on a crit, gift dildo for 20, or craft and give the cotton/thread doll for 30)
Then be sure to sleep in your bed overnight, and walk out your door (don't teleport out using the map).
That'll move you to the doll going wandering and progress the line onward.

Not sure on Missy; if you mean the new scene, the small table by the sofa in the living room has pills you talk to Missy about and take before sleeping.

As for the mushroom girl scenes:
Once has to be gotten mid-fight (by letting her do the lust attack on you).
The other is from buying a leaf from the plumbers after winning the fight and finishing their scenes, and using that leaf on the upstairs toilet (cannot do at 10PM, but any other time of day is fine, it does advance time).

1) Talk to Missy, you told her you would inform her before taking a pill. So you have to talk to her to trigger the event (repeatable).

2) They added a bunch of buttons to the phone early on, then never did anything with them. The "Candy Basket" in the main menu is for gallery/replays instead.
** Note: if you have ever had a scene in any save, it will be in your candy basket and stay for replay, even if you delete that save (only "Settings: Delete all Save files" checkbox will remove them)
