Does even Hypnosis do anything? It reached 90, then next hypnosis reset it to 0 and nothing happened.

Need some Guard or Pass a turn command.
ENemies need to have more chance to do their special attack compared to basic attacks.

Also game crashes if I try to talk to girl in the infirmary

When you reach 100 hypnosis, you can lose points in certain stats (Willpower,Lockpicking,...) or gain a passive skill. I'll add a text that explains it.
For the woman in the infirmary, you just need to avoid clicking on an empty area in the window (I've corrected this in the next version).

Notable bug if you try to access the doctor without any passives. You can try to click on the empty menu and the game crashes. By the way, how many passives are in the game thus far? I found three. If you have even one passive, you won't run into the game crashing bug. It's prohibitively expensive to actually use the nurse's service to remove them, though. No one wants to farm 5,000 gold in increments of 128 gold for an entire mission.

In future updates, equipment will allow you to obtain skills that boost your defense, attack, and more.

This will probably not be sufficient to address the concerns Johannason mentioned. No matter how high you boost your defense, you can't see any lewd content if the enemies never choose to give it to you, and you'll still take scratch damage from their boring attacks and die eventually, which resets Luna's outfit and bondage.

On the other hand, if it does become possible to take no damage, you can stall indefinitely just by trying to drink the NRG restoring drink with full NRG. Which is no substitute for a proper defeat scene or "pass turn" command, but it's probably enough at the moment.

I had the same bug. The game seems to be stuck after the second 'mission' but perhaps that is where the Dev is up to?

This seems very promising, good luck working on it!

Personally I would prefer very much if the combat focuses more on grapple states and debuffs, and less on the HP bar (either remove HP damage entirely, or give the player a reusable heal ability instead of consumables - even if limited to outside combat use. Alternatively heal the player up to full at the end of each battle).
Exp levels is also something I think is counter-productive in games like this, since encounters are much less fun if the player is over- or under-leveled (which always ends up happening).

It's auto save btw, whenever you enter a room, the game auto save by itself.
A floppy disk icon should appear on bottom right corner.

And I encountered a bug; I completed the quest to get Nina from the bar, and she gave me a quest. Now, I can't progress anymore. I need to see the girsl in the office, but she won't speak with me, and I only get quests from the daily-quest provider.

I included my savegame for the dev to investigate.

Currently, the game ends after completing the mission with Nina. I add missions every month.
