There's Story Mode, and if that's not enough you can get someone's save in this thread for some New Game + bonuses. But if you want to outright cheat, there's this, though it has some extra steps for RPGM MZ games.

You have to change aura's apperance like glass to have compliments from others.
Is it a bug? Can not select, I have 3 corruction points.

Anything along the lines of Aura turning her corruption around and using it on others sounds like a post v 1.0 release thing, so... really far out. You can't actually increase her bust size, but there are two scenes with a formula peddler which does pretty much achieve the same result. He has made a living doll that has Aura's likeness, except it has a bigger bust. You won't need to have done any of the mental changes to access those scenes, but aura will need some lewdness to start the scenes. Eventually there will also be art for scenes where an artist paints several portraits of Aura with exaggerated body proportions, but that is a really priority scene apparently, so it is also likely be after v1.0. I doubt there will be any major (permanent) body alterations to the Roya version of Aura outside of eventual endings as they would lead to a bunch of possible inconsistencies in the CGs.
Somehow you managed to make a corruption game where for once I actually don't want to corrupt her because I hate the antagonists so much... and then you gave me a lot of incentive to corrupt her anyway. Devilish!

I literally gave myself blue balls trying to play this game. The writing is good and the concept is great, but god damn after playing for 3 fucking hours *while following a walkthrough* the only H-content I've got is showing panties to the alchemist and getting groped by a guard. Literally had to tab out and go look at regular porn.
Sorry for the late reply. The corrected save file seems to be working well. Modern-day events are progressing again. Thanks a lot.

The material is a normal Emerald Leaf item, not a specific thing for that quest. There are a few of those around the world, but not many. You can check the strategy guide (linked in the OP) for exact locations.
