I saw mention that Demon General's are weaker before day 100, however it didn't appear to me that they are easier when attempting arwin around day 40~. Also, without looking at the old guide; how does one figure out that Tailwind removes the 'blind/fog' effect? It's not written in the ability description nor have I spotted any in game text pointing to that fact; unless I have skimmed it/missed it.

The wiki seems to be incomplete, is there Reading Proficiency II/III?
The festival of greed isn't one of the fights that has a timer. It's just the first time that you really need to take advantage of using combat buffs and having an overall battle plan. It's the 'easy' demon general fight.

There's a skill book for reading proficiency II, but no rank III.

The fact that Tailwind clears fog is explicitly mentioned at the start of the quest in the village with poisoned water; I can’t remember if it’s the Wolf hunter (house in northwest corner of the village) or John (standing at the entrance of the village) that tells Aura

While the difficulty is not on a timer, the outcomes are (specifically, what you get from the escaped/rescued maid). For the best "Good" outcome, you need to begin FoG by Day 19. Or at least, this was the case a few versions back.

I would agree that my phrasing wasn't great for clarity, but it felt adequate for the situation. I was replying to somebody who was more or less asking if the festival of greed fight had a difficulty change at day 100. Its difficulty is static, but does still manage to trip up quite a few people. I figured, considering they were on day 40, mentioning that a maid dyes her hair and has some dialogue changes or that there's an NPC who rewards you if you beat the festival early enough would be needlessly complicating my reply.

There is a Reading Proficiency II, there isn't a III (at least yet). You get it from reading a book with it's name though I can't remember if it's in Nephlune's bookshop, the Wrath's Fortress, or the school books.
This book is not from any bookshop. It's given to Aura by people who were saved from demon worshippers of Nephlune. So after Aura releases them from cage she should visit them at the camp and that's how you get this book

I am confused by how to activate the Ugliness Generator after removing the Indecency Drain Generator. I am following the , in day 34 and 35.
From what I see, it's all done at once, but the guide has it as 2 steps.

I am confused by how to "Remove the Indecency Happiness Drain Generator" from the guide. Looks like I just activated the Ugliness Generator when I interacted with it, but in the 0.4 lewd guide, it's 2 steps in day 34 and 35.

The guide is quite old, and I *think* the dev changed it a while back so that changing it is single step instead of the 2 it used to be.

Might need to go through some changelogs to confirm, but that's probably it.

That makes sense thanks. Should I just end the day and skip or would that mess up the run?
Are there known changes I should watch out for when following the guide? Other than the occasional willpower not being the same as the guide.

It's very confusing to get all the pink scenes because the order and such. It feels impossible without the guide.

I'd suggest not trying for every pink scene. It's not needed to max out lewdness and you can check out the pink version of a scene even if you only get the normal version of it. There's also not a "correct order" to see scenes. There are many scenes with minor differences depending on what other scenes you have encountered first.

As for what to watch out for... the guide you found is pretty old. Just from a balancing perspective, the biggest things that have changed are that the pub job was reworked, and there was at least one auto-corrupt trigger added to an orb since the release. There are also months of development that include plenty of new debuffs from mental changes that have been added that will likely alter the later parts of the run significantly.

Plenty of ways to increase MATK, but if you don't want Belphegor to push you out you gotta enter the domains and close out all of those thingies.

The thing you're probably missing is that you gotta give a few Pyromantium to the shopkeeper to make bombs, then the next day one guy in a house is not in his bed hurt but working in the quarry instead, which allows you to close out the last magical thingy.

You're simply missing some mental change, post your save and someone might take a look. Or just go through the room and literally click on every tile until you figure out what it is you've missed.

Not just every tile you *think* can be clicked, click every damn tile.
yea there was somethin in the mental room. i did not know i could swap positions for one of the relationships in said room. for belphegor yea i was missing that one domain. used the star knightess and kicked his ass. thanks mate.

It's not nearly as hard to get all the pink scenes as the guide makes it out to be, as more passives have been added and all that. Used to be following the guide you had 1 day where you were at max corruption and if you hadn't done everything up to that point perfectly, you were basically screwed. The big thing the guide does wrong is it delays a lot to get you to the "start day at 0 willpower" masturbation events, which are definitely not worth the effort.

If you start a NG+ with extra stats and skills, you can proceed through Roya significantly faster than what the guide suggests. Only thing I'd use the guide for is the order of the mental changes up until you get to the 2nd room, as otherwise you might run into a situation where you're waiting for a real world event to unlock stuff before you're able to make more mental changes.

Then in the 2nd room you ought to go to the orb room first and make sure you start corrupting them, as that takes 5 days per orb.

EDIT: in short, don't skip a day. If you've already managed being at different willpower than the guide, you're fine.

We streamlined that room a while back so it only requires one interaction rather than two. It still costs the same amount of corruption.

Would you say this is worth getting in to?
If you want a game that's a quick fap, then no. If you want your game to be told primarily through image, then also no.

This game is an actual game with a rather involved combat system. It's also got a very high ratio of text to imagery. You can mostly ignore the difficulty of the combat if you chose to play on the easiest setting, but the text is still going to be there. If you skip the plot related stuff to just see the sex scenes then you're probably not going to enjoy it all that much.

The game is focused on the corruption of a chaste weeb nerd girl with an equally nerdy boyfriend into a sex crazed "queen bee" type character, so if you're not looking for that then it's not for you. The vast majority of the content is also one form or another of brainwashing/conditioning. The corruption content also includes some entirely non-sexual morality corruption content where the entire personality of the main character is altered, so keep that in mind. It's also very unlikely that you will finish the story for the first time in under 20 hours. Finally, the dialogue occasionally devolves into people talking/shouting like cheesy anime characters. It's on brand with the story, but I've seen several people complain, so I figured I should mention it.

All that said, if you haven't already decided not to play the game from my previous paragraphs then you will probably enjoy the game. The corruption of the main character is handled by a rather interesting in game system. The combat system has also been modified quite a bit from a standard RPG maker game. It has had a lot of work put into balancing the game so that multiple playstyles can work. It also keeps track of various corruption events that have happened to the main character, and those things can be reflected (usually in minor ways) in future scenes. The game also has a New Game Plus system that allows you to experiment with different starting options that can make it so that replaying the game takes much longer to get stale and gives you a "high score" you can try to improve on. One of the two main endings is also finished, with the other close behind, so you won't have long to wait long if you do get invested in the story.

Or... if you don't want to do the gameplay and just want to get to the scenes faster, just use a saveeditor and ramp up your stats to beat any demon. Just be careful not to mess too much with the save file or you might break the game.

It's really up to you how you want to play.

But it's a good game regardless. Give it a whirl.

How do you steal the catalyst? On one gameplay I immediately stole it from the chest, on my current gameplay I attempted to steal it many days after giving in the catalyst. I have vice unlocked. so what's the trigger to steal it?

Found the trigger, need Vice >= 5. Before, that it doesn't tell you the requirement.

In terms of gameplay, I love the game, especially if you're obsessed with optimizing your game to take down everyone without using the armor's power so much. As for characters, that depends on each one, but for me the characters on Earth are all fucking assholes, whereas I like the characters in the fantasy world more, even some of the bad guys I like just because they make me laugh.

If I could say something bad about the game it would be the bad ending, I found it to be one of the most generic and boring things there is, I hope the good ending is better than that.

I have crossed over 100 days, and when I challenge Belphegor inside Sophie I can only use break collar option to progress the events. When I fight him, he one shots me. How do you beat after 100 days? What am I missing? I opened the portal for all villagers that I could find, but I noticed inside one of the villagers there are still 'red lights' that I haven't accessed but there aren't any more villagers that I can enter their domain.

I checked out the 'Purity Guide,' and in the belthegor section it mentions opening the domain of a cliff worker on the right side named Aaron. I don't see this NPC. Where is he supposed to be exactly?

Aaron can be found once I stock up the shop with more than 10 bombs.

I cleared out all the red lights, but Belthegor still one shots me. What can I do to beat him?
