Real-world scenes are not in Switches, they are based on Variables and prone to breaking if your current state is too far from the requirements for the scene to trigger.

You can pick whatever fetish you like. Scenes that involve it will gain extra lewdness.

Not a current one. The person who used to write them stopped updating them a while back, sadly. So that would be Ancient Wood; you've used one and not gotten +10 HP from it? Do you have a save from before you did so?

1.0 version was always going to have 2 main endings, good and bad.

Any additional endings may be worked on post 1.0. Maid ending, for example, is a popular ask, but I don't know the devs plans.
