The latter. Lots of effects that wreak havoc on Willpower, which leads to reduced stats. Lots of incoming Corruption too, which can lead to a Game Over if it overcomes the ability to spend it on mental changes (and also itself reduces Willpower). Also the later mental changes cause frequent debuffs.
With partial lewdness, you'll have some instability, but you'll have good days without debuffs when you can stack buffs and items and make good progress.

Its like this, You need low will power to get the pink versions of the lewd scenes, basically enhanced lewd scenes. And how do you get the low will power, one way is to use drugs. And if you don't use drugs repeatedly you will get a debuff. And if you have low willpower you also gets severe debuffs. All this make the game impossible to play in normal and higher mode.
So how could easier difficulty work here? Answer is simple too. There is no game over if corruption reaches the limit so you can use Ultimate move which increases corruption again and again.
To be clear, by "partially lewd" we really just mean to make sure you are making decent progress in Roya in addition to the lewd scenes. Basically, don't just spend days doing nothing but lewd scenes in Roya, because you can't get past a certain corruption level in only chapter 1 Roya, and the late-game (chapter 3 corruption) has some pretty nasty debuffs that makes it difficult to progress in Roya (to see Roya corruption content if nothing else).

go for story mode if you don't want to bother too much, if you want more or less of a challenge hard mode is fine, you'll have to manage well what you do each day, in this case I recommend the power of the necklace in very specific cases, for example there's a ridiculously strong boss in the forest early in the adventure, and save lewd scenes to replenish willpower, there are lewd scenes that help in the adventure like discounts in stores that are better to have them before the rest save them for when you need them.

Yeah play it as you like. I played game as RPG and missed many lewd scenes so will play again while going full crazy about them. This game even has an option to remove lewd content or images so you better believe that there are many who would love to play it just like a normal RPG, not as an Adult game. And its fine too.

It's fine, but playing it without the lewdness loses the whole point of the play.
While I understand that, it feels weird. Kinda like wanting to play Rance without H elements.
I found the one outside the vault and only found 2 within the vault
Any idea where the last one is?

I was about to say version 46 has been released to patreon the corruption end is here! at long last, now we peasants' have to wait, but still it quite impressive so see this game come to (essential) fruition, so chears for Aura-dev!

It's not actually the 'full' ending. It's still missing a number of epilogue scenes to close off all the various storylines. I'd honestly wait until they are all finished, but then I'd likely have to avoid discussion of the game for a couple months.

I just hope for more maid content after 1.0. I feel like Lord Trademond could be expanded, or maybe around the festival - the grape scene was peak, I think it awoke something in me lmao
