It's been a long time since I played this, but for endings are there already multiple options? (I have no care for a "good" ending in this game) and mainly played for the lezdom back there, is that one girl that corrupts a package deal with the guy you fight at the start? Or are there a variety of "bad ends" to choose from?

The only ending is a "bad" one. It is broken up into segments where what happens depends on actions Aura took in Roya, but it is all one giant ending. Other ending branches have been mentioned as side content that is likely to be added once the good ending is finished.
The only content in the game that could be considered lesbian is a single scene where an animated doll that is modeled after Aura fingers Aura, and I don't know that that counts. There are a couple of scenes that could be considered femdom on female, but only two of them that I can think of don't have a guy in the mix. Unless you're looking for non-sexual humiliation content. Late in the storyline there's quite a bit of Aura treating other females with complete disdain, and the maid academy has one scene where Aura gets some obedience training.
I have every scene unlocked on the right side is that not enough to trigger the ending? I'm not sure what else I need to do to trigger the bad ending.

Ok dang now the game is just about done?...
i have been waiting for this game to be finished since, hmm after the very 1st´s arc of the story was finished i think.
nice on the Auradev to actually finish on the year he said on the roadmap he would do so :O, just one more month to go and i can finally go at this game once again

I left the Charlotte/Victor events on the burner and now I can't figure out how to progress. I don't believe I got very far since the modifications aren't happening. Also, when I try to sell out Paulina, as the transition happens to the East Wing it stays as the black screen and doesn't progress further. I can still use the menu but nothing happens to progress the scene.

I played it several times before, and I don't know why I missed the events that advance the real story every time. I always repeat the ruins → spend a day → can't do anything in the spiritual world → return to the ruins.
The farthest I went was to complete the ero route of the merchant and the captain , which resulted in me having to go there every few days。
Maybe it's because I modified the statistics?I saw many events with Richard in the gallery but never triggered them.

Richard events will trigger as you corrupt the mental state of Aura when playing as Alicia. If you've already checked all the rooms and there's nothing happening, then you might need to wait out a few days. Or progress some missions in Roya.

0.46 is bigger when I downloaded it. Did you select a compressed version maybe?

The officially released compressed zip files for windows went up 9 MB from 473 to 482 MB between the 0.45 to the 0.46 releases. My unzipped windows folders have a difference of right around 16 million bytes. There's going to be some difference between the unzipped versions due to the save files.
Having taken a moment to look through the various download links provided here, the workupload, wdho, and mixdrop ones are the right size. The gofile one seemed to be calculating the file size using storage device math rather than properly calculating its size, and the pixeldrain one just seems to think every file is about 5% bigger than it actually is. Do what you want with that information.
Not sure what exactly you wanna know here, but shes one of Auras friends from the book club.
