not really because if you overspend, then you cannot use a lot of services, like learning skills or enchanting weapons. and you constantly have to buy stuff in different places, new alchemy books, apples, mana stones, emerald tea, coating, etc.

sure if you play on story mode then being cursed3 doesn't matter, but on hard+ you just get obliterated if you have low willpower. and if you collar every day then corruption will accumulate and overflow. it's by far the worse curse no contest. because storywise you will get hit by the full, unlike the other curses where it makes a lot of sense to only get the incomplete version.

so you either play on easier mode or you just got triggered from my comment and said something you yourself dont even think is true, because completed greed curse is very annoying.

But the curse doesn't matter a damn because it resets to your default corruption at the end of the day, so if you just do your shopping at end of the day, you don't have to fight at low willpower or suffer any real consequences from the curse...

Like I said, the only annoying side effect is that sometimes you can't make all necessary purchases in one day.

as i said, the incomplete greed curse is no issue because as you said you can do the purchases at the end of the day, but the complete version (which makes sense storywise to have that) is the annoying because you cannot buy anything with 0 willpower. so as i said again, you will have to micromanage your purchases because with 0 gold you cant train skills and etc. plus a lot of time you spend gold in some random areas and it would require a lot of constant backtracking to go back and forth in those zones because you planned to buy them later, and then if you buy then you cant train what you wanted and etc.

you probably have the incomplete version and play on story mode that's why it's not an issue for you.

well whatever, balance is surprisingly very good in the game due to limited amount of money (no respawning enemies) and no heal spells... but it still feels bad to use higher level spells for example: item interactions (like light2 for destroying red orbs in demonic domains, or fire2 for lighting up torches), it makes little to no sense. i can understand not holding back against enemies, but does the hero really not hold back against item interactions?! imagine you wanting to light a torch but you summon a fire nuclear bomb on it just to light it... (EXPLOOOOSION!) it makes no sense imo.

playing on hard, and getting hit by the full greed curse already puts enough pressure on your gameplay. too much even, that curse is very annoying. (you have to micromanage min/max your spending a LOT) plus if you wanna roleplay then Alicia can really fk your shit up with the tokens at the 2nd mental chamber.

so imo the game offers enough roleplay possibilities (for example not using blessed waters to decrease lust corruption and so on), so having no control over lower skill usage to "optimize" mana spending just feels like a "beta version bug" and not a deliberate roleplaying decision. it would feel better as a quality of life thing, even as a roleplaying element it would make more sense to be able to use them.

plus there are skills you can learn("mana capacity") based on how many spells you know... and in that it counts the lower version spells too (light1+light2 counts as 2) yet you cannot use that lower level spell so it makes no sense again.

Yeah, it feels bad paying 40 mana instead of 10 because I learned open domain II too early, when open domain I was enough. It feels even more bad when I have to use 80 mana instead of 40 because I learned open domain 3 too early.

Most of these work with keyboard but not with only mouse or only touch on mobile, need additional UI hints to be visible to the user or cause other problems.

There are also other factors. Such as that it would entice the player to optimize his play by trying to use the least powerful spell to kill an enemy, but HP is hidden so it would a lot of reloads trying to minimize mana spending.
Players trying to optimize fun out of their game is a major issue.

The other thing is that it's part of the core balancing to scale your HP/MP spending as your HP/MP pool increases.
Otherwise days would be too long. The concept has proven itself in many other dungeon crawling games such as SMT games.

What about just adding a "weaker martials" or "weaker spells" option at the end of martials or magic, which obvisouly shows a new list with a weaker version of skills? It should be easy to code, everyone can use it (mouse or androids) and it would not hurt the UI.
Regarding the "optimize fun out of the game" thing, I think there is already more than enough opportunity to do it in this game. Either the player likes managing many concepts and numbers (or can do it reasonably) or the players plays on story mode, so he does not care at all.

The corruption end is finished and the good end is coming end of this month IIRC. Or soon anyways.

A bit disappointed that after playing for hours...Star Knightess gets hooked on drugs and sucks cock for drugs. Seems such an extreme corruption arc, when it took hours to take off her glasses. Additionally the whole "drinking cum" to fit in at the tavern and earn trust was too much.... Not sure why the author went this route when they worked so hard to handle the slow corruption in minutiae.

I think i may have rushed corruption too much i killed arwin on like day 100 and since then have had no events in the normal world and cant do anymore corruption i did get two george relationship events before arwin but it just did -0

Either you've missed an available mental change or you need to wait a few days for an event to fire to open new mental changes.

I have probably spent 10-20 days and have had nothing and there are no orange crystals they are all yellow and I've checked the rooms also I haven't had the event where Alicia tries to make Rose seem like Luciela

I thought so too. Never really gave a shit about any of the protagonists changing in nearly every other corruption game I've played. But it's different here.
Partly because Aura feels like a human being with ideals and dreams, instead of a hyper-sexualized dressup doll who clumsily gets entangled in easily avoided sexual scenarios.
Partly because both the main and support antagonists are real pieces of shit, and advancing towards the corruption ending is essentionally letting them win. And you don't want to see them win.
Partly because it's not just sexual. It's not just about breaking down Aura's inhibitions, and wanting her to bone nearly every dude in sight, although that is part of it. You are practically watching the death of a person in slow-mo. Her hobbies, her friends, her dreams, her idealism. It all gets broken down, and changed into something unrecognizeable. It's pretty sad if you go all the way.

But I digress. Play it yourself, and make up your own opinion.

This is why I hope the game will end up with more than two endings. I'm not a fan of the all in or nothing approach that most corruption games take. People are more complex than that. This game has the potential to be more than just good ending (purity) and bad ending (insufferable degenerate). The antagonists are so cartoon evil to the point where the corruption just starts to feel really off putting at times.

I want to like this game but the villains are so unlikeable that past certain points in the story, continuing to corrupt Aura genuinely starts to feel wrong and ultimately pointless if all the player wants is for her to be more lewd.

The guide was discontinued due to the frequency of updates and balance patches meaning it had to be updated constantly. It may or may not be rewritten once 1.0 comes out and things are more stable.
