That suggests it's trying to update a quest you don't have. Can you provide your last save from before talking to her, please?

Some people on the internet suggested pressing F1 or F5 or Alt+Enter but none of these work.

I changed these values in the System.json the graphics scale up but the UI gets confused.

Comparing the differences in the background images (not the logo and menu options) it's still not as crisp when pressing F4, but thanks for telling me about F4 I will probably use that for now.

A program like Lossless scaling on Steam is a quick fix but I personally use the free alternative
