The only real scene with two women in it is Voting Encouragement, where Aura and Liliana kiss while being fucked by cultists. There's also one where Aura is fingered by a doll of herself.

Looks like a bug, probably. iirc it shouldn't be the case until you use the collar. This save was probably from before that was added.

Everything currently in the game aside from non-sex H-scenes (e.g. Hermann's first two) afaik.

Make sure you really have everything done in the relationships room, it's very common to ignore the avatars in the lower part of it.
