If you are asking about v 0.16 changes, many of the new mental changes start with adding "popularity II" happiness, which requires 10(I believe) compliments. Some changes might require a few days to pass before a scene will play, or might have a follow-up scene that plays after the first scene.

I have 9 in complements so where do I get the 10th?

Only use it if you do not care about the carefully crafted gameplay and just want to read the story/corruption and browse through the current CGs of the game.

no such thing present its a porn game. All there is in this is lame grindy as F gameplay that nearly noone cares about keeping us from the good content, the whole RPG side is a mess and overbuilt AF

Absolutely! (I consider virgin/purity run to be "Zero lewdness run").
But a 100% purity run is quite challenging, especially on first playthough.
Though there is NG+ system in place for those that struggle but would like to do it.

Well, i'm managed it quite well (in first run always try honest walkthrue).
