You must complete the monk quests with katana three times and then a demon will appear and want to be freed. Don't release it. Then the monk will ask you that he wants to turn the temple into a garden. Ask Anna to help you with the flowers and they will meet. The monk will give Anna the Chinese dress and you can use it in the study

Maybe the "Slut route" activates if you use "Josef and Adrian Leaves route". I don't know, I'm speculating, I don't know how to unlock the slut dress either
It feels like a bug. I picked every option that I thought would push her towards the slut route (had the little demon Anna icon pop up in the lower right corner), and she still ended up in the pure outfit.

Sort of, but it's not recommended even by the dev. A lot of things on the backend got changed even if it's not readily apparent. So while you can still technically use the saves and load up the game just fine, at some point you'll experience bugs that no one else (who started a fresh save) will be running into.

By the way do you know how to proceed with Adrian's route? I've hacked his PC already, but the option to tell Anna doesn't pop up.

Not sure why that's happening to be honest, maybe it triggers on a specific day like the following Thursday and/or you need more hearts (relationship status) with Anna.
need to wait 2-3 days for that and then you can say it anna about adrian and ask her to seduce him

So I checked the new update and see if any of the 1.2B saves weren't working. They seem to be fine, but since the developer recommend to make a brand new save. I will take the safe option, and the save flag editting method is still works. Also the save location has been slightly changed.
I will wait for the patched versions of 1.3 before I update the 1.2B cheated saves again to the latest version. I am curious on some of the new content as well as redone old images.

After arresting Mario and going to Sofia's house three times, a note appears telling me to go to the forest, there are two guys who send me to the hospital. Does anyone know how to continue and save Sofia?

i did it after finishing the temple quest. if you do it without going for the demon route you get a new trait that allows you to deal with the guys and then incapacitate mario without killing him.

There's someone who's doing a guide for Starmaker Story. It's been recently updated for 1.3. The author claims the red text is unconfirmed info, but so far it's legit based on my testing.

Yes, I too have this screen with no way to go back. I had to restart the game. I think it's a bug that they will fix in the next patch
