so i hacked the money with cheat engine but i cant buy anything despite clicking on the stuff at the mall

How to cheat in this game? The Grinding is taking toll in my mind.

Put the money amount you have in cheat engine and when scanning select to scan all the use the money on something or earn it then write the changed amount then scan you will find the exact value put it down the address then change it to whatever amount you want
One quick question i hacked the money but i can buy anything in the mall the adult store is it a bug or do i have to progress the story

As long as You haven't kicked out Josef yet you can complete the farm stuff without Mario. If you want to play it safe you can postpone imprisoning/killing Mario, and kicking out Josef until after you finish the Farm stuff.
