Tried to edit subscriber value and money after finding them in save file but they wont stick. If anyone finds a solution other than cheat engine and save transfer from pc, pls @.

The motorcycle racing game has a black screen bug; the off-road racing mode shows a black screen. Selecting 1080p resolution in windowed mode fixes the issue and displays the game screen. However, at 2K resolution, the black screen bug persists in both windowed and full-screen modes.

Steps to get out of this bug
1.Press f1 a bunch of time
2.click on the message icon in bottom right corner
Ask Anna "I wanna talk to you" then ask "Anything i can do for you?"
3.click Hallway icon and youll get out of that bug
saves from v1.7 aren't compatible? I open this version and I can't load (or see) my saves. I don't want to star all over again
Probably won't be compatible, I'd also hold off on playing 1.8 until it gets some bugfixes. There's quite a few from what I'm seeing others mention, and I already ran into a major one with gifting in the kitchen.

i wouldn't play it lowkey cause i tried with my old files grinded a little and then the game bug froze the game i closed the game and opened it again and all my progress got reset. the save says i did the work but all of it got reset.
Edit: There are some further things to resolve with the following, may look at it more tomorrow.
Edit2: I have got this working further along by creating a dummy .so BCrypt.dll. I'll test this a bit first before reporting back. Hoping there are no more native calls that I need to shim.
For Linux Users:
There appears to some new api's used in the new Unity Player around input.
The current wine version (latest is 11.0rc2) do not currently have these implemented, hence
things like mouse clicks not working.
Fortunately, we can just copy in the missing linux runtime data as the game
still ships with a vulkan renderer (and not just directx).
I've generated the corresponding game files and uploaded them here:

For Starmaker_1_8A
- Rename the `Starmaker Story_Data` to `Data`
- Copy all contents of this directory into the existing (Overwriting if
prompted)
- Run `LinuxPlayer` to start the game
I've done some preliminary testing and the game works well. Let me know if any issues. I don't expect the wine fixes to be in the next stable release.
