- Game Engine: Most games are made using it, I honestly wanted the battle system to be a major part of my game, but I can't recall a single Ren'py game where the fights are cool to play and don't make me wanna skip them, the other alternative that it comes to my mind is RPG Maker MZ, I like cuz of the battle system and the game could be more sandbox. The main problem is of course the fact that RPGs need stuff like tilesets, sprites, etc. and I don't think that with the available on the internet (free) that the world would look like the BNHA one. But if I have to learn Renpy then I would. but it would be easier (for me) and fun doing it with RPG.
Just throwing in my quick two cents on this one, I know very little about programming, and have no idea what BNHA is. However, I have played a ton of adult games. That said, I have played a small few renpy games which had pretty solid rpg combat systems. Some even more intuitive than engines like RPG maker which are designed to incorporate them. First example that comes to mind is that abandoned game PytFall

With that said, there is no such thing as a "combat system I won't want to skip". As regardless of how intuitive it is, or well fleshed out it is, at some point I'm gonna wanna skip it. Even massive AAA games like the Witcher have that same effect. I'm not gonna kill every wolf or mud-thing simply because I wanna finish my quest or continue the story. This holds true for any gameplay which has any sort of connection with a story. At some point, your just gonna wanna get around it to continue that story. Changing to RPG maker isn't gonna solve this fundamental aspect of gaming.

Piggybacking off that thought, don't let that deter you! Many people (myself included) enjoy seeing gameplay in our adult games. Even if we become annoyed by it later. The games I remember the best tend to have some sort of gameplay involved, even if its a simply room clicker sandbox.

Debateable, if you have the option to unlock new thing to try out during combat, like habilities and skills, and the combat isn't too repetitive so you feel your character progress from weak to strong it can be very addictive and many people won't want to skip it.
There are many combat systems that can be extremely enjoyable by themselves even with no game around it, many mobile games even without story can still lure people in just because of addictive combat/gameplay mechanics.

Now with porn games you can even take the combat one step above, because even if the combat isn't that interesting but you add stripping or sexual mechanics into it then you can make people deeply invested in it.
I've played many erotic games where the combat itself was more interactive and enjoyable than the linear sex sequences that you unlocked after it.

So it all depends on how polished the combat system is really, there is usually a balance of not too easy but not to grindy to keep people interested.

Taking a look back at this message, you said that Patreon would be a no-go, but there are games like Corrupted Kingdoms, Jikage Rising (a naruto game), and Something Unlimited (Dc game) that have rape content/tag. So like, it's just a matter of time or until someone reports to Patreon take it down? Or does Patreon have a problem with how the rape content is?
The answer is "It's complicated".

It depends a lot on which person is reviewing it but as far as I know (Haven't played Jikage Rising) while those games may contain some rape and mind control they don't have them as a strong theme.

As a general statement I've heard that patreon will usualy try to be cool and talk it out with you because they accept there are grey areas. Basically if it's not sexy or sexualised, it's art and story telling, which are not necessarily fine but have room for negotiation. But I didn't really get the impression that your game is going to be in the grey area.

My game is definitely not any darker than Jikage Rising or any of these other games, there is are blackmail in mine as much as in Something Unlimited.
