Nope, didnt happen but probably a misunderstanding of the scene. What does happen is the LI has the guys hand on her ass during the poker game and she never mentions it MC when she tells him they kissed as part of her losing a bet.

Hmm thanks for clarifying it for me I can tell this isn't going to be for me then because I need the LI to tell me everything otherwise I get angry. It feels too much like NTR to me.

I was interested in getting to this one too but I feel sort of the same way, LI keeping shit goes against the spirit of the agreement and undermines the relationship thus being borderline if not actually NTR. Only exception would be if friend is telling MC in the company of/at the behest of the LI... why would I want to be with someone who'd wanna keep shit from me, where's the trust and love?
I would play it before you make up your mind - the narrative going around here isn't how the actual game 'feels', and I tend to be sensitive to these ntr overtones but I never felt that way in game.
