I personally don't see the point of having faithful path since the story of the game obviously is to see Julia cheat with or without a permission from the MC (protagonist).
I am playing sharing/cuck path, and I think this path is going in a good direction since in the 7th part we see MC for the first time giving a permission to Julia to start teasing intentionally her "guest" (Markus) and so MC can fulfill his "fantasy" which Vika discovered using his laptop from the videos he likes to watch. And that BJ scene is also a part of the plan since Julia knows that MC is watching everything on the videocall and since MC saw HJ scene in the living room as well (without Julia knowing for the secret cameras all over the place).
On the other side, involving Johnny in the story can be good but also a bad move, personally I think maybe Vika can be better asset for the game like some hot threesome scenes or so...it is just my observation nothing more...
And also (I am saying this as a joke), Markus is one lucky bastard, he had sleepover at Julia's place twice plus now the hurricane (bad weather) made him stay little longer...
