Because 'adult' and 'mature' don't necessarily mean ass and tits. It's a site for pirated mature games, so you'll occasionally find ones that focus on horror, psychological, or other more adult aspects besides simply sex. If it was solely for porn, then it would be stated as such, and by that logic we'd be getting rid of all the censored games, too.

It's a great game guys but a little bit of disclaimer, this game has absolutely retarded system of choices and to reach the ending that you want you will more than likely need to follow a very detailed walkthrough.
There is an anime adaptation and it's pretty great, honestly if you don't want to deal with the hassle of this VN's choices, I suggest you watch the anime instead, although there are some fantastic moments in the VN the anime didn't adapt, mostly tied to gameplay elements. Warning, spoilers ahead.
