It depends on your tastes, I especially have a lot of fun, so I would recommend it. It's a sandbox where you have to manage your spaceship, which is a station. You have to extract minerals from other planets to sell and refine that material to create ships or work machines that have different uses. You can also build your spaceships and protect or attack other factions. There is a spy department, etc. Depending on what you do, you gain or lose favor with other factions... the game has a lot of things to do to progress. You have to try it to see if you enjoy it.
Sorry if you don't understand English, it's not my native language.
I do like sandbox games if they are done correctly. I do understand your English since I am a native speaker. Thank you for a basic rundown of the game.

Got this traceback when visiting Bertram for the first time after the main introduction. Not sure if this has been posted or if anyone else is having the same issue.

I sold gold was on 248k and 3rd time I sold gold I lost money and went to -948k. That is a pretty big bug you have there

As discussed in Discord, there is an issue with the Eng_US translation. They have translated a variable, thereby requesting an in game variable which doesn't exist.

Please just switch the language to English if you play this particular translation. I have added a note regarding this to the header post.

If you can provide a save game and details of the steps you undertook I'll investigate.

It's interesting that I'm finding plot holes in the game. How can Vex call the MC for him to visit again when I don't even remember visiting the Hervone with Skyler in the first place? The only place I remember visiting with Skyler is her home planet.

Seems like the coding in the game is messes up and switches the events.

try with shorter path like d:\games\stellar etc\ not \stellar etc\stellar etc\.

There is a potential problem here if the player has never obtained the reputation to trigger the earlier visit to Hervone. In this case they will do the second visit to Hervone without having done the first. I'll adjust logic such that it works in the appropriate sequence in the next revision. I'll likely just remove this reputation requirement.

Thanks for trying to help, however the issue as already been identified as being contained within the Eng_US translation.

If you don't assign Maive to mine another location or a new deposit on another planet, the grade received will drop off slowly. Think of it as mining an old deposit where all the good locations have already been mined out.

What I do when playing the game is to survey a new deposit every week or so. This not only gives me a range of ores, but also keeps their grade up.

If you don't send Maive mining, she keeps going on her own to the last site you sent her. So she keeps bringing that ore until you actively send her elsewhere, and its quality drops daily. Meanwhile, the refining system keeps using this ore until you change the target production, which creates more waste material. You can adjust the levels of the waste bin to empty it quicker

hey is it possible to make a function that Maive stops mining on her own??
an automatic switch on/off so to speak??

Not at this time, as I want the reality of Maive actually doing something during the day. If you dislike the mining mechanic and want to opt out of it completely, just direct the ROM ore to a storage bin and then direct that bin to the export bin. Hence click the same button letter on the ROM bin and the Export bin. You will make some passive income and never have to visit the page again.
