download it then open the folder for the game then pen the folder named game and then just drop it in at the bottom, not any of the other folder just in the folder labeled game
Lara pregnancy seems bugged, nothing happens 5 days after impregnation. if anyone else has the same issue, typing "lara_pregnancy_state = 2" in console resolved it for me, also "lara_message2 = 1" adds missing message.

Does the patch work with the new version of the game, 'cause I see the patch hasn't been updated for a long time
Modder or someone who understands, the gallery file is in version 0.60. I later realized that downloading version 0.65 has several more scenes than this version part 1 (specifically, the scene if you choose to "dominate" the characters). The romantic patch is active, so much so that I tested and downloaded the file to unlock the gallery in versions that should already be 100% unlocked, and this domination part is kind of erased and doesn't show up. In other words, it apparently looks like it's 100% unlocked, but it's not, because these scenes are missing.

STR - 3/4 (can get +5 up to 9 in gym)
DEX - 3/4 (can get +5 up to 9 on shooting range, also +1 in scene with Lara, i think)
SEX - 0 (can be raised to 5 in brothel, later to 6 in Amber solo or Saki corruption, to 7 with Ronda-Maria and to 8 with juice on Hope-2)
INT - 5 (can get +3 from reading)
CHA - 2 or 3 if going for Jack-Amber route (can increase up to 5 in bar) there's also CHA 6 check on Hope-2, but i dunno if it's possible to get without using console

A guide on steam recommends 5 int, 5 str, 5 sex, 0 dex, 0 rizz. Warning that this is very likely to change since it's only part 1.
1.Start new game
2.Pass the part where you select stats
3.Save the game
4.Close the game
5.Open this site:
You must be registered to see the links
6.Edit the same save and change your stats to 10
7.Download and replace old save with edited one
8.Start the game
9.Enjoy
