According to version number, it's still missing like 40% content.

But in reality, it'll probably get 1 or 2 more big updates, and it'll be complete.

That's outside of bug fixes and Q.O.L updates.

Really looking forward to how this game develops. It's been a fun ride.

According to version number, it's still missing like 40% content.

This is a misunderstanding of how version numbering works. Version number is just a list of how many updates there have been so far. It's not a countdown to total completition. When I game if finish it gets update to 1.0 regardless of what the previous version number was. That's why you might see games go from like .7 to 1.0. It doesn't mean they just rushed to complete it and cut some stuff.
