Guys do you know if there is some walkthrough?

I restarted the game from scratch and realized that there are more ways to finish some things.
And I wondered what the differences or consequences were. For example, at the beginning of the game you meet Bob, who asks you for some medicines to ask MC's brother Tom. Going to Tom, and offering your help, he will ask you to bring some medicine to Bob's mother or give it directly to Bob. To which here I can decide to take and bring medicines.
But there is also an opportunity to investigate what kind of medicines are and what disease Bob's mother suffers from.
From which you can deduce that Tom has been duped and you can therefore help him get Bob indicted.

There are three paths here? At least from what I've seen, you can:
Do it yourseflt:
Threaten (Is greay i can't use it. So i do not know what do).
Intimidate (Out of fear, Bob will decide not to bother Tom anymore).
Scare (MC lie to him, pretending to be from the contagion department and that that type of drug leads to serious consequences. Bob will be scared and won't go to Tom anymore)
Blackmail for Credits (You scare him then ask for credits, he give you 10 credit to start). I think this start some side quest leter?

Ask for help:
Go to Lara (MC's sister) and ask you to help her with Tom's problem, Bob will be arrested and imprisoned and the next day you will receive 50 credits from Lara. Then if you go to Tom he is happy and give you a standar madical kit (cure 50% HP).
But you can also go to the Doctor, who, disappointed, will take serious measures, both with Tom and with Bob. Tom will be disappointed, his pay cut and will have other consequences that the game will not explain, but he will continue to work in the infirmary. While Bob is not clear if he is arrested or not. But i think Bob is arrested.

Anyway if I wanted to judge all the various option, the best two are:

Blackmail for Credits and Ask Lara for help.
But Blackmail perhaps open a new quest later? (But surelly this is one of the bad choice?) I do not like to play the bad guy.
Ask Lara for help, she arrest him, Bob go to Jail and the next day Lara give you 50 Credits.

Can someone tell me what is the best choice and if there is some consequences?

How to advence with the mother? I had to the bar i meet her in disguise, i speak with her everything.
The next day i go there, i use the romantic choice, but after some conversation... nothing happen.

I took a stab at fixing the ipatch.

Note that this is definitely not a final version; I haven't tested it fully, and there are a few longer dialogue segments that are supposed to be replaced, but I left unchanged because I'm not sure what they're meant to be changed to. All of the game breaking issues should hopefully be fixed, though.

I also can't guarantee that this will fix issues with old saves in the latest update; my own saves are screwed up, and I had to start over.

Hopefully at some point we'll get a more complete patch from someone with ties to the dev.

Unfortunately, the patch linked to the OP is still an error fest. For example, I received an error for every dialogue option with Doctor Maria when asking her about Lara's situation. So, I reinstalled the latest update sans patch and was able to proceed with Lara's content, as a friend, not as MC's sister. However, I have copies of a couple of modified patches from other parties that have functioned well in the past. I just haven't had an opportunity to try them again just yet. If I find that either will allow us to bypass these errors, I will post a copy in a future post... likely over the weekend.

Okay is he blue star quest meant to fail even if you do give jack advice, he mentions who his girl is and that mission log says you shoud get an introduced after her perfomance but the perfomance never happenes before going on the mission and going on the mission causes the Blue Star quest to fail.

Looking at the patch that is linked here I'm 95% sure that it should not be causing any issues unless the dev deliberatly checks for alterations in their code which I haven't looked at. It hasn't been updated in a few version, correct? I might take a stab at updating and potentially fixing things on Sunday when I have some time.

Edit: Wait, I see where the patch breaks things. It actually does check if things are changed and halts progress on quests. It also requires some new dialogue at some places. I'll see what I can do tomorrow. But yes, the patch will break things currently.

I'm in the path of making peace between the tribes. I created the potion, "married" the queen, got back to the spaceship, but the "I Want Peace" task is stuck and can't progress with anything else besides some repeatable side tasks.

I tried restarting the game, skipping through all of it and it stucked again. Note that I'm not using the patch.

Any solutions? Is the game just bugged?
